30 minute wait for a cup of coffee... For a place serving I-95 travelers, it's simply unacceptable. Complete chaos and zero efficiency. I get the whole Saturday 11 AM thing, but it seemed to have caught them by surprise. Get a couple of process improvement consultants and sort it out, please.

OK, there is just no easy way to get to this Starbucks even if you came off of the freeway from either directions. That absolutely sucks. Unless you live on 210 and you're going to I-95, then maybe it's easier, but as of right now--the construction is horrible and it is a pain to get here. Having said that, the service here is pretty standard Starbucks happiness. Let's admit, Starbucks is a guilty pleasure as we can all make our coffee at home for a lot less. Of course it's the whole Starbucks experience that pulls us in and mine here was rather OK. 3-Stars. May need to re-review when they resolve the round-about-way to get to this location. Uggh.

Great location, this was a welcoming sight driving south on I-95, my first visit here was very positive. Extremely friendly staff and our order was absolutely perfect.

A great location due to the drive-thru. The baristas are really sweet here and they can make some darned tasty (read sweet) Frappuccinos too. Construction in the area is annoying as heck but it's a small price to pay.

Great Starbucks. The drive-thru is fast and efficient. Friendly Batista who was all smiles. Order for everyone in the vehicle was correct. My frappuccino was made perfectly. Absolutely zero complaints! If you are traveling, very easy access to this location from I-95. Now that I know this location is here, I'll be making stops more frequently when heading back and forth from Jacksonville to Orlando! I wrote a short review.... imagine that! LOL

I like this Starbucks because the people here are always so friendly. I also love it because it's open 24 Hours a day. Not that u usually need coffee at odd hours, but it's good to know I can if I did. The place is always clean. They have outdoor seating. I usually use the big table inside to setup my laptop and do some work. My only real complaint is the driveway entrance sucks. It's really hard to spot, and traffic there is kind of scary.

I come here very often to study. The service for the most part is great. Occasionally when it gets very late some of the staff can get irritated easily but I don't blame them. Overall this is a great Starbucks. The best part is they are 24/7. Which makes this a great destination for late travelers or college students planning on studying late. One thing I have noticed after being here often is they play the music super loud sometimes. To the point where I have to ask them to turn it down a bit.

We have come here several times both on our way to and from south fl. It's nice to know that they're always open. My only complaint would be when we were headed down to Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale this past October we ordered a non fat 2 Splenda chocolate chai tea and and non fat 2 Splenda hazelnut latte, they got the order for the chai tea right but instead of putting 2 Splenda's in the latte they added 6! I have no idea how they messed that one up but they did, luckily they fixed it and we were able to get back on the road with out to much of a delay. Other then that this Starbucks usually has the nicest staff in the area, the coffee is good, and so are their breakfast items, bistro box's and their mustard pretzel.

Wish the drinks were more consistent. I used to come here daily but the staff has changed and so has the quality of the drink, I've taken 6 drinks from here to other Starbucks for a replacement during road trips. There are lines on the cups to tell them how to make certain drinks yet I still end up with a terrible drink 1 out of every 4 visits, darn my addiction to caffeine. Btw I've fixed about 7 drinks from here instead of exchanging them, sad really ha I should dump them but I need that coffee fix.

Great location! R O T H ( right off the highway)! Always busy! Parking lot is a nightmare, though, too narrow and the long drive-thru lines interfere w/ exiting traffic. Also, women's bathroom NOT CLEAN! And, the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet . This is a major travel stop off I-95, just outside Jacksonville . Get your act together and clean that restroom !

Starbucks coffee is always a winner in my book, but this particular Starbucks is my absolute favorite! All the barista's are super friendly, and they give outs lots of free samples of new products. It's always very clean, and is one of the more comfortable ones I've visited to just sit and chill. They're open 24 hrs and have a drive-thru. Definitely five stars!
